“Miss Shelly is no questions asked, my first call if I ever need to buy/sell property in Virginia again! I had been dreading my move away from the area due to all of the horror stories about selling homes and with this being my first time, I was naturally nervous. Mrs Shelly made this process so easy and now I wish I had more property's for Miss Shelly to sell for me! The entire process from beginning to end has been a blast and nothing short of exceptional. While I have never been accused of being a genius, Miss Shelly was able to take the time and break down every single aspect of the process and answer every question in a way that someone who had never done this could understand. She was available anytime I had a question or had any concern and would quickly be able to address it and get quick results. Any time I had questions about who I should call for a service or which company would take care of this fix, Shelly was on top of it with giving me not only a point of contact, but also a detailed description of both their credentials and how long they have worked together. For the home-buying process, Shelly and I visited multiple homes and slowly, we adjusted my preferences to what we liked based on those homes.
